You will enjoy the warranty service only on production of relevant purchasing invoice, warranty card & the product in question. No registration is required.
For repair & Warranty service:
(1) Production of Purchasing invoice & warranty card is a must.
(2) No warranty service will be provided on the following:
a. The model code & serial number differs from the products.
b. Mal-use & negligence constitute to the damage of the products.
c. Dismantle & alternation of the products.
(3) All our products are with warranty serial numbers. Please make sure this sticker is on the product when purchasing.
(4) The warranty service will be void once the warranty sticker was torn.
(5) All warranty services will only avaliable in HKSAR.
Warranty period for different Products
(1) HIS Graphic card – 2 years
Free warranty for 24 months, from the date of purchase.
(with the exception of damage due to mal-use & negligence).
(2) Akasa cooling fans – 3 years
Free warranty for 36 months, from the date of purchase.
(with the exception of damage due to mal-use & negligence).
(3) Super-Max Power Supply – 2 years
Free warranty for 24 months, from the date of purchase.
(with the exception of damage due to mal-use & negligence).
Sanyo Denki & Super-Max cooling fans – 2 years
Free warranty for 24 months, from the date of purchase.
(with the exception of damage due to mal-use & negligence).
Remarks:
(1) Normally, repairing time will be working 14days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays)
(2) In case of any dispute, the decision of our company will be final. |
